Innovación y exportaciones peruanas hacia China: un análisis a nivel de empresas manufactureras


This research project analyzes the impact of innovation on the competitiveness of Peruvian manufacturing companies that export to China. The aim is to understand how product and process innovation can improve the competitive capacity of exporters given China’s status as Peru’s main trading partner, based on the hypothesis that innovation has positive effects on the intensity, value, and volume of exports and on export diversification. Employing a cross-sectional econometric estimation, the research will contribute to the Peruvian economic literature through statistics that explore the relationship between innovation and Peruvian exporting to the Chinese market.
