José Carlos Feliciano, Associate Director of the CECHAP, participated in the conference series of the Mexican Consortium of APEC Study Centers

On September 17, 2025, José Carlos Feliciano, Associate Director of the Center for China and Asia-Pacific Studies (CECHAP), participated in the conference series: The Global Geopolitical Board: Trade, Investment and Digital Economy in the Asia-Pacific.
The event was organized by the Mexican Consortium of APEC Study Centers (CONMEX-CEAPEC) in collaboration with the Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo and the Institute of Economic and Business Research (ININEE).
During his presentation, Associate Director Feliciano delivered the keynote lecture: “China’s Digital Economy: Lessons and Opportunities.” His talk addressed key topics such as the development of companies and policies for digitalization in China, digital philanthropy, and, notably, highlighted the Peruvian case Warmpaca, a business model from Peru to China. The conference concluded with reflections on leveraging comparative advantage, women’s entrepreneurship, and digital strategies.
