Free Zones: private operators could reinvest to expand in Peru

In accordance with Law No. 29733, the Personal Data Protection Law, and its Regulations approved by way of Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS, the Universidad del Pacífico (Jr. Gral. Sánchez Cerro No. 2141, district of Jesús María) declares that it has a Privacy Policy that can be accessed via its institutional website (https://www.up.edu.pe/Documents/3.politica-privacidad.pdf). Likewise, by accepting the terms and conditions, you grant consent for the University to process your personal data according to the different purposes and profiles that the University stipulates in its Privacy Policy, including academic, commercial, administrative, and other purposes related to the activities it carries out as well as the services and products it offers.
The personal data collected (names and surnames, identity document number, telephone number, email address, and any other data in general) will be kept for a maximum period of sixty (60) years or until they are modified, depending on their nature. Likewise, the University guarantees that it applies the necessary security measures; that any transfer, cession, or assignment of personal data will be subject to the provisions of the Law; and that the University will ensure that the personal data it collects is not subject to any improper use.
Should the owner wish to exercise their rights of access, cancellation, opposition, withdrawal of consent, modification, or any other, they may inform the Data intelligence Office by submitting a written notification in person at the reception of the Universidad del Pacífico (Jr. Gral Luis M. Sánchez Cerro Nº 2141, Jesús María district) or by email to revocatoria.datos.personales@up.edu.pe. The Data Intelligence Office has the obligation to inform the owner of the procedures associated with asserting these rights.
